Return Policy

To return an item, please email customer service at steve@amdlabels.com to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in it’s original packaging and send it to the following address:

Returns need to be made within a 30-Day Return Window. Return shipping costs will be paid by AMD (Teknitape). 

Refund Process:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions:

The following items can not be returned or exchanged:
